YOUR SEARCH FOR GOOD NEWS

For centuries, people just like you have looked for GOOD NEWS that can provide hope that will last.

God’s Word gives us the only GOOD NEWS that promises eternal life and peace. In the Bible this good news is called “the Gospel”. I Corinthians 15:1-4 includes these words: I declare unto you the Gospel…by which also ye are saved…how that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; And that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.

This GOOD NEWS is available for each person who understands that they have sinned against the One True God. God is holy, and every one of us has sinned against Him. The sin of mankind is the very reason we all face death and suffering. Romans 5:12 says, Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.

Sin has not only brought pain and death into our world. Our sin also requires a penalty. If we try to face God on our own after this life, we will be found guilty in our sins. In ourselves, we have nothing good or righteous to offer God. There is none righteous, no, not one. (Romans 3:10) This brings us back to the GOOD NEWS. The GOOD NEWS is that God loves us so much that He sent His perfect Son to die for our sins! Romans 5:8 says, But God commendeth His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. John 3:16 says, For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. The GOOD NEWS is that any sinner can be a “whosoever”. This verse includes you!

You might be wondering how this GOOD NEWS - this “Gospel” - can be true for you. Thankfully, the Word of God tells us exactly how we can receive this for ourselves. Romans 10:9-10 says, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Then verse 13 says: For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Friend, you can have eternal hope and peace with God. This doesn’t mean that God will take away all of life’s challenges. It doesn’t mean that He will give you all your wishes. But the Bible does promise that Jesus Christ will save you to be with Him forever if you will repent and cry out to Him for salvation. God can hear you from anywhere. If you truly believe that Jesus Christ died, was buried, and rose again for you; you can be saved right now. Simply admit to God that you are a sinner, and ask the Lord to forgive you of all your sin. If you have further questions about this GOOD NEWS, please feel free to reach out to us via email.
